Anyone who has lived through an improvement programme knows the pattern: three months after the coach leaves, the board is empty again and the knowledge goes home with whoever ran the shift. And anyone who has rolled out software on a shop floor knows the opposite: the system is there, but nobody fills it in.
That is why we do both at once. The coaching teaches people what is worth writing down, the AI makes writing it down so light that it keeps happening. An operator says in plain language what happened, and the system turns it into the record, the handover and the overview.
