What they all have in common

The agents do different work, but they keep to the same four rules.

They work in your name

Your tone, your opening hours, your rules. A customer never notices they are talking to us, because they are not.

Everything is written down

After every contact there is a summary in plain language. No forms, no misunderstanding for the next shift.

When in doubt, it comes to you

An agent that is unsure does not guess. It says it will have the answer confirmed, and puts it in front of you.

They admit they are AI

If someone asks, they get a straight answer. It has never cost us a booking, and it saves a lot of explaining later.

The agents

Twelve of them, grouped by the gap they close. Most businesses start with one and add more once they see it work.

Calls you are missing right now

A caller who reaches nobody rings the next business in Google. That customer does not come back.

Lori, the AI receptionist

The problem.Almost half of all appointments are made outside opening hours, and during the day your hands are full.

What she does.Answers every call, day and night. Books and reschedules in Dutch, French or English. This is the agent you hear at work above.

Missed-call rescuer

The problem. You are up a ladder or under a car. By the time you call back, the customer already has someone else.

What it does.Within thirty seconds the caller gets a WhatsApp message. The agent carries the conversation on and books the appointment after all.

Reservation agent for hospitality

The problem. The phone rings in the middle of service. Whoever answers leaves a table waiting.

What it does.Takes bookings by phone and WhatsApp, with a deposit through Payconiq or Bancontact to stop no-shows.

Money left lying there

Work that is finished but unpaid, and quotes you never hear about again.

What we expect the most from

Accounts-receivable agent

The problem.Since January every Belgian business has invoiced digitally through Peppol. The invoice goes out faster, but the money does not come in any faster. Chasing it yourself feels awkward, so it gets left.

What it does.Follows up every outstanding invoice politely. First an email, then WhatsApp, then a call, until it is paid. A registered reminder comes to you as a draft, and you decide whether it goes out. No debt collector, and no customer lost to a bailiff.

Quote chaser

The problem. You send a quote and it goes quiet. Chasing it feels pushy, so it never happens.

What it does.A short message on day two, a call on day five, a final offer on day ten. After that it lets go, because pushing on costs you the next job.

Quote generator

The problem.Measuring up by day, typing quotes at night. That is the evening you never get back.

What it does.Photos and a spoken memo from the site become a draft quote in your own layout within ten minutes. You check it and send it.

Customers who come back

Your most expensive customer is the one you still have to find. These four are about the ones you already have.

No-show killer

The problem. An empty chair or an empty slot never comes back. That hour is gone.

What it does.Confirms twenty-four hours ahead and fills any cancellation straight from the waiting list.

Recall agent

The problem.Your best revenue sits with customers you already know, but nobody calls them back.

What it does.Calls or messages at the right moment: for an inspection, a service, the season or a colour appointment.

Review agent

The problem.Happy customers forget to leave a review, unhappy ones never do. And a review without a reply looks indifferent.

What it does.Asks for a review after every job, and answers your Google reviews in your own tone.

Social media agent

The problem. After a day of work you never get round to posting, so your last one is months old.

What it does. You forward the photos you take anyway. The agent turns them into posts and reels every week.

Work that eats your evening

Calls and messages that are not difficult, just numerous.

Recruitment screener

The problem.A good candidate is gone within three days, and you are on site when they apply.

What it does.Applicants send a message. The agent asks five screening questions and books a call with whoever is left.

Fault triage

The problem.Every fault generates three phone calls, and two of them are about when the engineer arrives.

What it does. The tenant sends a photo, the agent triages it, schedules the engineer and keeps the reporter posted without being asked.

Four bundles

Agents that reinforce each other, by type of business. Single agents are fine too, but this is where most businesses end up.

How it works

  1. 1

    A conversation

Forty-five minutes. We learn how you work: hours, services, and the questions you get every day.

  2. 2

    We build it

She is ready within two or three working days. With your name, your language and your rules.

  3. 3

You hear her work, before you pay

We call her together. You ask the questions, she answers. She only goes live once you are satisfied.
