Cases

No percentages here from companies you have never heard of.

We are just starting out. Rather than invent figures you could never check, we let you work with your own.

Do the maths

What does a missed call cost you?

Three questions. We do not know your business, so put in what you see happening. Feel free to estimate low.

Nu 12per week

Nu 30 procent

Nu 60 euro

Missed calls per month
52
Of those, a customer
15,6
Lost per month
€936
Per year
€11.232

This is what walks past the till every month, without anyone noticing.

This is your sum, not our promise. We do not know how much you are missing, which is why we ask. What we do know is that most owners have never worked it out.

What you can judge for yourself today

Two things that already exist, and that you can look at before you talk to us.

To listen to

An agent booking an appointment

A complete call from greeting to confirmation, with the transcript running alongside. No editing and no script, including the moments where it does not go flawlessly.

Listen in

To read

Thirty-five years, written down

The 54321.SCRUM method does not come from a book but from Procter & Gamble plants in three countries. You can read all of it before you agree to anything.

What you may hold us to

At the end of a test model we put these figures next to those of the week before. No more, and nothing else because it suits us better.

For an AI agent

  • Calls answered, and how many fell outside your opening hours
  • Appointments the agent booked on its own
  • Calls it could not resolve. That list ought to be short
  • How much time you spent on the phone, before and after

For coaching

  • Downtime on the chosen line, in minutes per day
  • How many people can handle a critical task on their own
  • Whether the three agreed improvements are still in place after a month
  • Whether the team keeps it up without the coach there

That last point is the only one that truly matters. An improvement that leaves with the coach was not an improvement, it was a visit.

Your company here?

We always start with a test model: one line or one problem, one week. After that you decide whether we continue.
