About us
Father and son. Shop floor and code.
Floss CIC is not a large firm. Two people who each know their trade, and believe that combination makes a difference for Belgian SMEs.
Coaching
Marc Winkelman
35 years at Procter & Gamble · operational excellence
Marc started as a young engineer on the floor at P&G and stayed for thirty-five years. Not in an office, but in the plants. Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium. He built improvement programmes, trained managers and helped teams work faster and calmer.
He then decided to make that knowledge available to Belgian SMEs. Not as a consultant who leaves a report, but as someone who stands beside your team.
His method is level-headed: what works on a multinational’s floor works in a ten-person workshop too. If you adapt it properly. Adapting it is exactly what he is good at.
AI agents
Ruben Winkelman
Voice agents and automation · Vossem
Ruben builds agents that do the real work: answering the phone, booking an appointment, recording what was said. Not a demo on a screen, but something that runs every day for a salon, a garage or a manufacturer.
His yardstick is usefulness. An agent nobody uses after three weeks has failed. Even if it works technically. So the agent adapts to how the client works, not the other way round.
He is also the one you get on the phone when something is wrong. No helpdesk, no ticket number.
Why this works
Coaching and AI. Why that combination?
Many companies know things could be more efficient but not where to start. And those who start lose time to systems that do not fit. Marc solves the first, Ruben the second.
That order is not accidental. An agent chasing a badly organised schedule solves nothing. It only makes the mess faster. But a team that runs well and is reachable after hours, that shows up in your revenue.
There are two of us. That means you speak to us directly, and no account manager ever turns up when something goes wrong.
Shall we meet?
